HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 864 ORDINANCE NO. 364 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO PERMIT THE REMOVAL OF VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF PARKING REGULATIONS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3200.31 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new paragraph (c) reading as follows: "(c ) Where any vehicle is parked or left standing when such parking is prohibited by this Chapter or by any resolution adopted pursuant thereto, and when signs are posted giving notice of removal pursuant to Section 22652 of the Vehicle Code, then any officer mentioned in Section 22651 of the Vehicle Code may remove said vehicle in the manner and subject to the requirements of the said Vehicle Code. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. Passed and approved this 20th day of December , 1965.
