AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 3200.31B OF THE AZUSA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE PARKING OF VEHICLES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3200.31B of the Azusa Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 3200.31B. USE OF STREETS FOR STORAGE OF VEHICLES
PROHIBITED.
(a) No person who owns or has possession, custody or
control of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street
or alley for more than a consecutive period of 72 hours.
(b) In the event a vehicle is parked or left standing
upon a street in excess of a consecutive period of 72 hours,
any member of the police department authorized by the Chief
of Police may remove said vehicle from the street in the manner
and subject to the requirements of Section 22652 of the Vehicle
Code of the State. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and publish the same as required by law.

certify that the above Ordinance No. 843 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 7th day of June , 1965. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 21st day of June , 1965, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Solem, McLees, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

published prior to the expiration of7fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the
day of June , 1965, and that the same was published in
accordance with law.
