HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 835 `.. .r ORDINANCE NO. 835 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Z-121 First National Bank of Azusa) The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new section 9207.1 which shall read as follows: "SECTION 9207.1. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the P-Residential and Off-Street Parking Zone, to wit: 1 The following described property in the City of Azusa: North 5.3 feet of Lots 12, 13, and 14 and all of Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block 29, Map of Azusa, located at 716 North Azusa Avenue." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. Passed and approved this 19th day of April , 1965.
