AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Z-111 and Z-112)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.60 which shall read as
follows:
"SECTION 9207.60. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby placed
and included in the R-3a Multiple Family Residential Zone,
to wit:
The following described property in the City of Azusa:
(1) the west 40 feet of the north 72 feet of the
northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 3,
T.1.S. R.lOW; (2) that portion of the east 32 feet
of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section
3, T.1.S. R.10W, lying northwest of Little Dalton
Wash; (3) that portion of the west 496.08 feet of the
east 528.08 feet of the northwest 1/4 of the southeast
1/4 of Section 3, T.1.S. R.10W., lying northwest of the
Little Dalton Wash; also
The west 40 feet of the north 72 feet of the northeast
1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 3, T.1.S., R.lOW.
That portion of the east 32 feet of the northwest 1/4 of
southeast 1/4 of Section 3, T.1.S., R.10W., lying north-
west of Little Dalton Wash. That portion of the west
496.08 feet of the east 528.08 feet of the northwest
1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 3, T.1.S., R. 10W.
lying northwest of Little Dalton Wash. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

I, JAMES MILLER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 820 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 17th day of August , 1964. That, thereafter, said ordi-
nance was duly adopted and passed at adjourned meeting of the City Council
on the 25th day of August , 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Jackson, McLees, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the
'ROth day of August , 1964, and that the same was published
in accordance with law.
