HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 796 ORDINANCE NO. 796 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICE BUILDINGS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Paragraph 8 of Subsection (b) of Section 9230.51 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "8. For office buildings, at least one (1) parking space on the same lot or within four hundred (400) feet for each three hundred (300) square feet, or major fraction thereof, of total floor area of all floors except the base- ment in such buildings. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. CITY OF AZUSA I, JAMES MILLER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 796 was regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 20th day of April , 1964.
