AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (City Initiated)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.54 which shall read as follows:
"SECTION 9207.54. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and
included in the R3b Multiple Family Residential Zone, to-wit:
All that property bounded by Azusa and Leton Avenues, New-
burgh Street, Donna Beth Avenue, and the north line of the
Mobile Home Trailer Park, which line lies approximately
620 feet south of Newburgh Street.
EXCEPT THEREFROM the following described property:
Lot 3, Record of Survey 7644 as recorded on page 44
of Book 76, Miscellaneous Records, County of Los Angeles. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 793 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of April , 1964. That, thereafter, said
ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 20th day of April , 1964, by the following vote,
to-wit :
AYES: Councilmen: Memmesheimer, Cooney, Jackson, McLees, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage thereof
in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the 29th day
