HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 787 ORDINANCE NO. 787 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Rodeffer Industries, Inc. ) The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.550 which shall read as follows: "SECTION 9207.50 Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the R3b Multiple Family Residential Zone, to wit: That portion of Lot 65, of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and Water Company, as per map recorded in Book 43, Page 94, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, described as follows : Commencing at the intersection of the westerly pro- longation of the centerline of Sierra Madre Avenue and the easterly line of Lot 65; thence along the prolonga- tion of the centerline of Sierra Madre Avenue a distance of 260.00 feet; thence along a curve concave to the South having a radius of 1500. 00 feet, a distance of 702.00 feet, which point is the true point of beginning; thence South 30° 00 East, a distance of 250.00 feet; thence South 29° 00' West, a distance of 720.00 feet; thence South 89° 00' West, a distance of 610. 00 feet; thence North 40° 30' West, a distance of 175. 00 feet; thence North 52° 00' East, a distance of 900. 00 feet; thence along a curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 1500. 00 feet, a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
