HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 771 ORDINANCE NO. 771 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP AZUSA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of Section 9230.52 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: " (e) When adjoining any lot in an R zone or located across an alley from an R zone, shall have a six feet high masonary wall erected and maintained along such property lines, provided however, that such wall shall be only three feet high from the front building line of the adjoining property to the front property line; and" SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
