AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Rodeffer Industries, Inc. )
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.41 which shall read as
follows:
"SECTION 9207.41. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein,
the following described premises are hereby placed and included
in the M-2 General Manufacturing Zone, to wit:
That portion of Lot 41 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa
Land and Water Co., as per map recorded in Book 43,
Page 94 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
described as follows :
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Lot 41;
thence East along the northeroly line of said Lot 41,
155.00 feet; thence South 26 06' East, 568.00 feet;
thence South 73° 47' East, 573.00 feet; thence South
200.00 feet, more or less, to a point in the westerly
prolongation of the centerline of Eleventh Street, as
shown on map of Azusa Heights Tract, as per map recorded
in Book 11, Page 49 of Maps, records of said County;
thence easterly along said prolongation, to a point at
the intersection of the said prolongation and its
juncture with the easterly boundary of Lot 41, thence
southerly along the said easterly line of Lot 41 to
the southeasterly corner of said Lot 41; thence westerly
along the southerly line of said Lot 41 to the south-
westerly corner of said Lot 41; thence northerly along
the westerly line of said Lot 41 to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.42 which shall read as
follows:
"SECTION 9207.42. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the pro-
visions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the
following described premises are hereby placed and included in the
M-1 Light Manufacturing Zone, to wit :
That portion of Lot 56 of said Subdivision No. 2,
Azusa Land and Water Co., described as follows :
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 56;
thence easterly along the southerly boundary of
said Lot 56 to the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 56; thence northerly along the easterly boundary
of said Lot 56 to a point in the westerly prolongation
of the centerline of Eleventh Street; thence westerly
along said prolongation to the westerly boundary of
said Lot 56; thence southerly along said westerly

boundary to the point of beginning. "
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of September , 1963.

and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 2 th day of August , 1963. That, thereafter, said ordi-
nance was u y adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 3rd day of September, 1963, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Cooney, McLees, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: Memmesheimer, Jackson
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said Ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa,
on the 11th day of September , 1963, and that the same was published
in accordance with law.
