HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 758 ORDINANCE NO. 758 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 6331 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE HOURS FOR CLOSING OF PUBLIC BILLIARD ROOMS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 6331 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following paragraph, to-wit: "This Section shall not apply to any Public Billiard Room operated and maintained as a family style billiard parlor having carpeted floors and a brightly lighted interior completely visible from the outside of the premises through large and adequate windows." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law.
