HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 693 L ORDINANCE NO. 693 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY. (James Smith) The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.15 reading as follows: "SECTION 9207.15. Zone Changes. R-3 Zone. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the R-3 Multiple Family Residential Zone, to-wit: The northerly 143.50 feet (measured) along the easterly and westerly line of the easterly 550 feet of Block 4 of Tract 627, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 315 Page 105 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying westerly of the westerly line of that certain strip of land, designated as Parcel No. 6 in condemnation proceedings entered in Los Angeles County Superior Court Case No. 715724, recorded January 22, 1959, as Instrument No. 4321 in Book M-204 Page 732, Official Records, in the office of said County Recorder!' SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
