ORDINANCE NO. 681
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY SUBJECT TO ANNEXATION. (Annex. No . 42)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the
addition thereto of a new Section 9207.11 reading as follows:
"SECTION 9207.11. Zone Changes. C-2 Zone. Notwithstanding
the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and
included in the C-2 Restricted Commercial Zone, effective upon
annexation thereof to the City of Azusa, to-wit:
That portion of Lot 7 of the V. M. Greever Tract as
recorded in Book 18, page 157 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 7;
thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot
7 to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence
westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 7 to the
boundary of the City of Azusa as same existed on May
17, 1961; thence southerly and easterly along said
boundary to the point of beginning. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
Passed and approved this 5th day of September , 1961.

regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 21 day of August , 1961. That, there-
after, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 5 day of September , 1961, by the following
vote, to-wit :
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, McLees, Johnson, Teasley, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general: 'eirp'aIation, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the 11" day of Sept.
1961, and that the same was published in accordance with law.
