1 . I am an employee of the City of Azusa.
2. On July 18, 1996, I posted copies of the July 23, 1996
agenda of the Personnel Board of the City of Azusa in the City Clerk's Office, 213 East
Foothill Boulevard, Azusa; the Azusa Police Department, 725 N. Alameda Avenue; the
Human Resources Office, 213 East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa; the City Library 725
North Dalton, Azusa; and the lobby of the Azusa Utilities Department, 729 North
Azusa Ave., Azusa. A true, correct and complete copy of the agenda which I posted
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
3. I completed posting of the agendas as described in Paragraph
2 by 5 p.m. on the date of posting.
