Pursuant to Rule 3.8 of the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules as Follows:
a. Adopt Proposed Classification of Building Technician at Range
4158, $2,198.14 - $2,643.27 per month.
b. Reclassify Ms. Vasquez to the Recommended Classification of
Building Technician at Step 3 of Range 4158, $2,409.86 per
month effective January 1, 1995.
2. Request of the City Administrator to Reclassify Cheryl Lopez, Office
Specialist II (Range 4143, Step 5, $2,295.17/month), Pursuant to Rule
3.8 of the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules as Follows:
a. Adopt Proposed Classification of Senior Office Specialist at Range
4158, $2,198.14 - $2,643.27 per month.
b. Reclassify Ms. Lopez to the Recommended Classification of Senior
Office Specialist at Step 3 of Range 4158, $2,409.86 per month
effective January 1, 1995.

Rule 3.8 of the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules as Follows:
a. Adopt Proposed Classification of Water Utility Maintenance
Mechanic at Range 5186, $2,898.38 - $3,504.31/month.
b. Reclassify Mr. Vetting to the Recommended Classification of
Water Utility Maintenance Mechanic at Range 5186, Step 3,
$3,186.57/month effective January 1, 1995.
4. Request of the Director of Utilities to Reclassify Dionicio Hernandez, Water
Utility Operator I, Range 5178, Step 2, $2,813.08/month to Water Utility

2. On January 5. 1995, I posted copies of the January 10. 1995
agenda of the Personnel Board of the City of Azusa in the City Clerk's Office, 213
East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa; the Human Resources Office, 213 East Foothill
Boulevard, Azusa; the City Library 725 North Dalton, Azusa; and the lobby of the
Azusa Utilities Department, 777 North Alameda, Azusa. A true, correct and complete
copy of the agenda which I posted is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
3. I completed posting of the agendas as described in Paragraph
2 by 5 p.m. on the date of posting.
4. The foregoing is within my personal knowledge and if called
as a witness in a court of law, I could testify competently thereto.
