This information is for the Personnel Board's consideration and action. Historically, the Personnel Board has held elections for Chair and Vice-Chair close to the end of the calendar year. However, as there is no consistent pattern, it would be recommended that the election process be held every January to coincide with the calendar year and satisfy the Municipal Code requirement. As always, staff is available to answer any questions or provide additional information.
