SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR RECRUITMENT - ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
The Finance Department has the need to fill the position of Assistant Director of Finance. This
position has been vacant since a resignation in November 200].
With this in mind, it is requested that the recruitment process for the immediate vacancy of
Assistant Director of Finance to be a PROMOTIONAL recruitment. A promotional process would
allow movement within Azusa's team and the existing internal candidate pool is well qualified for
this opportunity.
