Discussion was held by Council regarding the amount of
money to be raised by taxes and the establishing of the
tax rate for the fiscal year 1958-59•
The Administrative Officer stated that the estimated
assessed•value subject to city tax was figured at
$30;500,000.00, but the figures received from the County
Auditor's Office on August 21st showed the valuation sub-

amount would justify a tax rate of $1.47 for Tax Districts
