A regular meeting of the Personnel Board was called to order at 7:04 p.m. in the West Wing Conference Room by Jake
Bushey, Chair.

Merit Increases, Regular Dierking/Allen- Pursuant to the Performance Appraisal Procedures, Board members further
appointment and/or directed the Personnel Officer to request that supplemental documentation for Agenda
Flexible Staffing Promotion Items 4b. They requested the supplemental documentation by October 26, 2004.
