A regular meeting of the Personnel Board was called to order at 7:20 p.m. in the West Wing Conference Room by Frank
Allen, Vice Chair.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA RE-APPOINTING LESLIE DIERKING
TO THE PERSONNEL BOARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. LESLIE DIERKING having been re-appointed to the Personnel
Board by the City Council, said re-appointment is hereby approved and LESLIE
DIERKING is re-appointed to the Personnel Board for the term expiring September 30,
2007.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to LESLIE DIERKING.
