A DATE: 10-12-2004 RESOLUTION NO. 04-C73 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA RE-APPOINTING LESLIE DIERKING TO THE PERSONNEL BOARD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. LESLIE DIERKING having been re-appointed to the Personnel Board by the City Council, said re-appointment is hereby approved and LESLIE DIERKING is re-appointed to the Personnel Board for the term expiring September 30, 2007.
