ORDINANCE NO. 654
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Evans and Titan Company)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.9 reading as follows:
"SECTION 9207.9. Zone Changes. R-3 Zone. Notwithstanding
the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to
therein, the following described premises are hereby placed
and included in the R-3 Multiple Family Residential Zone, to-
wit:
PARCEL 1. The southerly 72 feet of the northerly
215.50 feet of the easterly 300 feet of
Block 4, Tract 627, City of Azusa.
PARCEL 2. The southerly 204.6 feet of the northerly
348.1 feet of the westerly 150 feet of the
easterly 550 feet of Block 4, Tract 627,
City of Azusa."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by
law.
Passed and approved this 21st day of November , 1960.

I, GEORGE CASWELL, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 654 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 7th day of November , 1960. That, there-
after said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 21st day of November , 1960, by the
following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, McLees, Johnson, Teasley, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa,
on the 28th day of November , 1960, and that the same was pub-
lished in accordance with law.
