HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 649 3 jfj jp1' (T 7 ff ORDINANCE NO. 649 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 3200.44 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO RESTRICTED PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION I. Section 3200.44 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 3200.44. RESTRICTED PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS. The operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle for a longer time than one hour on Foothill Boulevard between Angeleno Avenue and Dalton Avenue or on Azusa Avenue between Santa Fe and Fifth Streets in the City or on San Gabriel Avenue between Santa Fe and Fifth Streets in the City between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day except Sunday. No person shall park any vehicle at any time upon the said portion of Foothill Boulevard or the said portion of Azusa Avenue or the said portion of San Gabriel Avenue between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 3:00 AM. of any day. The provisions of this section shall apply only when proper signs are erected and in place. " SECTION 2. The Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
