HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 645 ORDINANCE NO. uL AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 3200.33 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING WITHIN TWENTY FEET OF AN INTER- SECTION OR MARKED CROSSWALK. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1 . Paragraph ( a ) of Section 3200.33 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: " (a ) At places within 20 feet of an intersection or marked crosswalk ( Pedestrian ) except that a bus may stop at a desi- gnated bus stop and except that this paragraph ( a ) shall apply on one-way streets only to that side of the intersection or crosswalk from which traffic approaches. " SECTION 11 . The provisions of this Ordinance shall cease to be operative six months after receipt by the City Council of written notice of withdrawal of approval of the Department of Public Works. SECTION 111 . The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law. Passed and approved this 19th day of September,1960. c--y/ ".)
