ORDINANCE NO. 609
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 386 RELATING TO THE
REGULATION OF TRAILER PARKS.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 7 of Ordinance No.
386, passed and approved the 7th day of October, 1946, is hereby
amended to read as follows :
"(c) The number of toilets, baths, lavatories, laundry
trays and clothes drying facilities provided and maintained in
any auto trailer camp shall conform to the requirements of
Part 2, Division 13 of the Health and Safety Code of the State
of California, and all other terms and requirements of said
Part 2 of Division 13 of said code shall apply to auto trailer
camps in the . City of Azusa except to the extent that this
ordinance or other ordinances of the City of Azusa expressly
provide otherwise. No alteration or variation shall be made
in said terms and requirements except that stall showers may
be substituted for bathtubs. "
SECTION 2. Subsections (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (j)
of Section 7 of said Ordinance No. 386 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and publish the same as required by law.

I, JAMES MITJ.ER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 609 was regularly intro-
duced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 18th day of May , 1959. That, thereafter, said
ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 25th day of May , 1959, by the following
vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, Ortuno, Johnson, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: Teasley

published prior to the expiration-"of fifteen days from the passage thereof
in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the1st day

with law.
