ORDINANCE NO. 611
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 535 SO AS TO REZONE
CERTAIN PREMISES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine
and declare that the following zone change and amendment were duly
initiated, that notice of hearing thereon was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Planning Commission
and by the City Council, and that the public convenience, necessity,
and general welfare and good zoning practice require that the following
zone change and amendment be made.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 535, passed and approved on the
6th day of May, 1957, is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a
new section numbered 9207.20 reading as follows:
"SECTION 9207.20. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 9207.00 of this ordinance and the Zoning
Map referred to therein, the following described premises are
hereby placed and included in the R-3 Multiple Family Residential
Zone, to-wit:
Lot 19, Tract 11919 (546 North Sunset Avenue) ."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
Passed and approved this 14th day of July , 1959.

I, JAMES MILLER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 611 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of July , 1959. That, thereafter, said
ordinance was duladopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 14th day of July , 1959, by the following vote,
to-wit :
AYES: Councilmen: Paul, Ortuno, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: Johnson, Teasley ,=3 G

I do further certify4hat I caused said Ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage thereof
in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the 2-irdday
of July , 1959, and that the same was published in acolordance with law.
