HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 577 Ak , ORDINANCE NO. 577 t3 � AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF p AZUSA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE N NO. 438 RELATING TO TAXI STANDS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of Section 9.15 of Ordinance No. ma, passed and approved the 4th day of June, 1951, is hereby amended to read as follows : "(a) The City Council is authorized to establish by , resolution the location of taxi stands, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to appropriately mark or erect signs designating all such taxi stands so established." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. Passed and approved this 15th day of July , 1958.
