HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 519 ORDINANCE NO. 519 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 438 RELATING TO STOP INTERSECTIONS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 13.03 of Ordinance No. 438, adopted and approved on the 4th day of June, 1951, is hereby amended to read as follows : "SECTION 13.03. STOP INTERSECTIONS. In accordance with the provisions of Section 6.02 (b) hereof and when signs are erected giving notice thereof drivers of vehicles shall stop at the entrance or entrances to those intersections described as follows : "(a) San Gabriel Avenue at Paramount Street. (b) Vernon Avenue at Eleventh Street. (c) Angeleno Avenue at Eleventh Street (d) Angeleno Avenue at Fourth Street. (e) Fourth Street at Angeleno Avenue. (f) Angeleno Avenue at Third Street. (g) Third Street at Angeleno, West bound traffic only. (h) Virginia Avenue at Fifth Street. (i) Coney Avenue at Third Street. ( j) Orange Avenue at Third Street. (k) Azusa Avenue at Canyon Road. (1) Sierra Madre Avenue at Canyon Road. (m) Pasadena Avenue at First Street. (n) Cerritos Avenue at First Street. (o) Fifth Street at Angeleno Avenue. (p) Rockvale Avenue at the northerly line of First Street. (q) Citrus Avenue at First Street. (r) Sixth Street at Pasadena Avenue." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
