ORDINANCE NO, 513
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 43d OF SAID CITY OF AZUSA
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ESTABLISHING A 'TRAFFIC CODE', REGULATING TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
INCONSISTENT THEREWITH." BY ADDING SECTION 9.21
THERETO.
The City Council of the City of Azusa, California, does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 438 of the City of Azusa, California,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Azusa establishing a "TRAFFIC CODE",
regulating traffic upon the public streets and repealing all ordinances
inconsistent therewith." is hereby amended by adding Section 9.21 thereto
to read as follows: .
SECTION 9.21. Two Hour Parking on Certain Streets. When
authorized signs are in place giving notice thereof, no person
shall park any vehicle on any of the following named streets
for a period of time longer than two hours at any time between
the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day except Sunday,
to-wit:
(1) Foothill Boulevard between San Gabriel Avenue and
Angeleno Avenue.
(2) Foothill Boulevard between Alameda Avenue and Dalton
Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective only after ap-
proval of the State Division of Highways, Department of Public Works, and
shall cease to be operative six months after receipt by the City Council
of written notice of withdrawal of approval of the said Department of
Public Works.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall publish the same as required:by law.

I do further certify that I caused said Ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage thereof
in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the l ;;h day

law.
