C. Backfill for High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force Officer. Recommendation:
Authorize the backfilling of a police officer position to allow an Azusa Police Office to participate in
the HIDTA task force.

G. Amendment to Agreement Between Los Angeles County and the City of Azusa for Continuing
Provision of Transit Services (Dial-A-Ride) to Eligible Elderly and Disabled Residents of the
Unincorporated County Areas of Azusa and Glendora. Recommendation: Approve an
amendment to the agreement between Los Angeles County and the City of Azusa allowing the
City to continue transit service to eligible elderly and persons with disabilities who reside in the
unincorporated County areas of Azusa and Glendora, as clarified in appendix A of said agreement
and authorize the Mayor, City Attorney and City Clerk to sign the agreement.

of $117,000. Recommendation: Approve an increase of $20,000 to Foothill Transit Blanket

1. Selection of Special District Financing & Administration for Mountain Cove CFD.
Recommendation: Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Special District Financing
&Administration for the City of Azusa Community Facilities District No. 2002-1 (Mountain Cove).
Further, authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to approve subsequent minor changes to
the Agreement as needed.

$21.427.81 from Communication Center. Recommendation: - Approve the purchase of radio
console upgrade equipment for three dispatch stations (monitors, pc towers, recall recorder and
applications) in the amount of $21 ,427.81 from Communications Center (in Glendora) as a
General Services Administration (GSA) member. As a GSA member, the City is not required to
competitively bid this purchase.

- District and West End Redevelopment Projects. Recommendation: Waive further reading and
