Recommendation: Approve an amendment to the agreement between Los Angeles County and the City of Azusa allowing the City to continue transit service to eligible elderly and persons with disabilities who reside in the unincorporated County areas of Azusa and Glendora, as clarified in appendix A of said agreement and authorize the Mayor, City Attorney and City Clerk to sign the agreement.
