Monrovia Nursery Zoning Code Amendment-Specific Plan and Development Agreement Ballot Measure Resolutions Pertaining to the Conduct of a Special Municipal Election to be held on May 4. 2004. Recommendation: Waive further reading and adopt the following: 1. Resolution No. 04-C4, Calling and Giving Notice of the Holding of a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, for the Submission to the Voters Questions Relating to the Adoption of Ordinances regarding the Approval of the Monrovia Nursery Project Specific Plan and Development Agreement. 2. Resolution No. 04-05, Requesting the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County to Render Specified Services to the City relating to the Conduct of a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2004. 3. Resolution No. 04-C6, Ordering the Submission of Measures to the Qualified Electors of the City Relating to the Adoption of Ordinances Regarding the Approval of the Monrovia Nursery Project Specific Plan and Development Agreement and Directing the City Attorney to Prepare an Impartial Analysis. 4. Recommendation: Continue the public hearing until February 17, 2004. C. Request to Schedule a Business License Suspension and/or Revocation Hearing for 'The Last Chance Saloon" located at 832 N.Azusa Avenue. Recommendation: Set a date and time to conduct a business license suspension and/or revocation hearing pursuant to provisions of Section 18-21 Azusa Municipal Code.
