Recommendation: Waive further reading and adopt the following: 1. Resolution No. 04-C4, Calling and Giving Notice of the Holding of a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, for the Submission to the Voters Questions Relating to the Adoption of Ordinances regarding the Approval of the Monrovia Nursery Project Specific Plan and Development Agreement. 2. Resolution No. 04-05, Requesting the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County to Render Specified Services to the City relating to the Conduct of a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2004. 3.
