HomeMy WebLinkAboutE-4.1. Approve an Office Lease Agreement Between Azusa and SGRWCUB-22 Approved Utility Board 07/22/2019 is competitive with other Azusa commercial lease space. Additional Rent will be charged to collect the tenant’s proportionate share of the building’s maintenance expenses. The term is for three years, and can be extended automatically up to five consecutive one year terms. FISCAL IMPACT: The office lease agreement is expected to generate $3,240 of annual revenue, not including maintenance expenses that will be collected based on the tenant’s proportionate share of the building.
