BACKGROUND On February 12, 2013 the Personnel Board confirmed the following Department Head recommendations regarding the following Personnel Action request. A. FLEXIBLE STAFFING PROMOTION: The following flexible staffing promotional appointments have been requested by department head(s)pursuant to the Rules of the Civil Service System. DEPARTMENT NAME CLASSIFICATION EFFECTIVE RANGE/STEP FROM/TO DATE BASE MO. SALARY UTL Ruben Lopez From: Water Distribution 10/15/2012 5178/4 Worker I $4,885.56 To: Water Distribution Worker II FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact,as positions listed are funded in approved department budgets.
