BACKGROUND On May 10,2011,the Personnel Board confirmed the following Department Head recommendations regarding the following Personnel Action requests. A. FLEXIBLE STAFFING PROMOTION: The following flexible staffing promotional appointments have been requested by department head(s)pursuant to the Rules of the Civil Service System.
