activities such as meeting with potential tenants to discuss lease terms and space planning. PDI has been
an integral part of the leasing of The Promenade at Citrus. They’ve facilitated conversations on behalf of
the City and are assisting in the drafting of the lease documents.
In addition, PDI is requesting approval of additional key personnel. At the start of the project, it was
anticipated the project would be completed during the allotted time frame and with the assigned
personnel. However, given the project is taking longer than anticipated to complete, PDI is requesting an
additional staff member be added to their key personnel to ensure they continue to deliver its services to
the City in a timely manner. The addition of key personnel does not constitute a change in the contract
amount.
The recommended actions approve a (1) one year extension and the addition of key personnel.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact related to the recommended actions. The compensation for the agreement will
not increase as a result of the term extension or the addition of key personnel.
