TO RESI- DENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON DEEP LOTS, Moved by Councilman Jackson;., seconded by.Councilman Cooney and unanimously carried that further reading be waived.. A communication was received from the PlanningCommission Relocation recommending for approval the request for relocation permit _ Permit to for removal of a house from Arcadia to 275 South Orange, •._275 S.Orange Azusa, as petitioned by Leonard Garza. (Garza) Mr. Harold Lane, 17337 ;Grove Center Street,. The City Administrator further stated that he had discussed with the City" Engineer the possibility' of assigning a member of the Engineering Department to assist in the Planning Department. It was.'further stated that steps' have been taken'by the Personnel Board to advertise and establish an examination -to fill'the vacancy. A communication was received from Harold.M. Sorweide, - Req, for Minister of the Azusa Church of the Nazarene, requesting relocation a temporary permit to move a building from Church property Ch. of L in Monrovia to Azusa,Church property, during. relocation _ Nazarene procedure, because of time:element. Also, received was a Denied memo from H. Whisler, Building Inspector, pertaining to the matter City Planner Eaton stated that the Pastor had not applied for a relocation permit.
