The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned session
at the above time and place.
Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order.
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Memmesheimer

The City Clerk announced that bids were opened in his office Bid awarded

It was recommended by the City Engineer that the low bid of
Edmond J. Vadnais be accepted and a contract be entered into
for construction of the project.
Moved by Councilman Cooney, seconded by Councilman Rubio and
unanimously carried that the City Engineer's recommendation to
award bid to Edmond J. Vadnais be accepted and that bid bonds
be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.
Mayor Memmesheimer informed Council that a copy of a Mutual Aid Mut.Aid
Agreement between the County Fire Dept. and the City had been Agmt.bet.
received, and recommended that Council refer this document to Co.Fire

unanimously carried that the Termination Agreement between
Southern California Edison ('o. and the City, regarding the
Contact Rental Agreement dated March 22, 1927, be approved
and execution thereof authorized.

City Clerk Miller asked if the contractor's business license
fees for demolition are waived if he is under contract to the
State, and the Assistant City Attorney stated that, in his
opinion, contractor's fees for business license would not be
waived.

Moved by Councilman Cooney, seconded by Councilman Rubio and Adjourn
unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned.
