The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order and
led in the salute to the flag.
Invocation was given by Mr. Gilbert Allen of Azusa
Church of Christ.
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney,Solem
Mc Lees, Memmesheimer
Also Present: City Attorney Williams, City Administrator
Foxworthy, City Engineer Sandwick, Super-
intendent of Light & Water Smith, City
Clerk Miller.
With no corrections or additions, the Council Actions
of 1-17-66 were approved as written.
The hourlof 7:30 p.m. being the time set for the Public

the hearing open.

City Administrator advised that said substandard structure
had been removed.

extension at Azusa Square Shopping Center, and recommending
the updating of appraisal ($750.); ordering a Condemna-
tion Guarantee from Title Company;
