Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order and led in the salute to the flag. Invocation was given by Mr. Gilbert Allen of Azusa Church of Christ. Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney,Solem Mc Lees, Memmesheimer Also Present: City Attorney Williams, City Administrator Foxworthy, City Engineer Sandwick, Super- intendent of Light & Water Smith, City Clerk Miller. With no corrections or additions, the Council Actions of 1-17-66 were approved as written. The hourlof 7:30 p.m. being the time set for the Public �j Hearing for substandard structure Case #117 (240 N. U Alameda Ave., Donacianio Padilla), the Mayor declared the hearing open. G City Administrator advised that said substandard structure had been removed. The City Attorney determined that Council adopt a motion declaring that insufficient protests have been made and hereby overrules all protest which have been filed against this improvement.
