The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular adjourned
session at the above time and place.
Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order. Call to Ord.
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Solem, Roll Call

Also Present: City Administrator Foxworthy, City

The Mayor appointed Gerard G. Paquet as a member of the Plan- G.G.Paquet

Moved by Councilman Solem, seconded by Councilman Cooney and P1an.Comm.
unanimously carried that the Mayor's appointment be confirmed.
The City Administrator submitted a Summary of Revenue Esti-
mates and Appropriation Requests for the 1966-67 Budget and a
Summary of Expenditures by Governmental Function for the fis-
cal year 1966-67.
A Resolution was presented, adopting the Budget and approving
appropriations for the fiscal year 1966-67, to which was
attached a Summary of Encumbered Accounts.
Councilman McLees offered the following Resolution entitled: Res.#5064

Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order and led in Call to Ordex

' Communication was received from Arthur V. Gomez of Art's
Auto Wrecking, 1125 W. Gladstone Street, stating he has
completed the necessary building requirements imposed by
the City. He requests City Council restore his business
license.

from Aspan Ave. to Irwindale Ave. This project has been
completed to the specifications of Engineering Department.
It is the recommendation of City Engineer that the Mayor be
authorized to sign the Noticeof Completion and the City Clerk
be authorized to forward the Notice of Completion to the County
Recorder's office for recording.

A report was submitted re use of cesspool at property at S.E. Rpt.re: use
corner of Gladstone Street and Azusa Avenue. Judge Martin of cesspool
spokesman for the group interested in the property, has indica-,�propty. S.E.
ted their acceptance of the City requirement that a bond be cor.Gladston(
posted to guarantee the construction of the sanitary sewer to & Asusa Aves,
service this property within 3 years of the date of construction.
It was suggested that an Agreement be prepared stating that the
sewer would be connected within 3 years.
