Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order. After considering said charges and discussing them, it was Moved by Councilman Cooney, seconded by Councilman Rubio and unanimously carried that said charges and recommenda- tion for the dismissal of Albert H. Moon be referred to the Personnel Board for a hearing, and that, pending such hearing, Albert H. Moon be suspended, without pay, said suspension to continue for not more than thirty (30) days unless any hearing be delayed beyond that time by his own act, and that a copy of the charges and place and time of hearing be given the accused, as required by Civil Service Ordinance and Rules and Regulations. The City Administrator reported that the Director of Public Works salary would be $16,393 per year, incorporating the 4% increase, and that the Administrator's present salary is $16,466 exclusive of adjustment. Moved by Councilman Cooney, seconded by Councilman Mc Lees and unanimously carried that the City Administrator's salary be set at $18,000 per year, effective 7/1/67.
