The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned
regular session at the above time and place.
Mayor Memmesheimer called the meeting to order. Call to Order

After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Cooney, dinner

that the request be granted for use of P.A. system, with
the assistance of the Public Works Department in set-up.

After considering said charges and discussing them, it

After the City Administrator's request for an increase in City Admin.
salary to $18,000 per year, the Mayor asked the difference salary

Director's salaries, considering the 4% increase. The
City Administrator reported that the Director of Public
Works salary would be $16,393 per year, incorporating the
4% increase, and that the Administrator's present salary
is $16,466 exclusive of adjustment.
Moved by Councilman Cooney, seconded by Councilman Mc Lees
and unanimously carried that the City Administrator's
salary be set at $18,000 per year, effective 7/1/67.
Regarding the budget allowance for data processing, the Cncl. to
