Pena,Treasurer Ray Ayon Pat Cordova Carmen Garcia Irlanda Hipolito Susan Kouragian LaLisa Morgan TO THE MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Human Relations Commission is hereby called to be held Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 6:30 PM at Light & Water Department, 1st floor conference room 729 N. Azusa Avenue. NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Copies of staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to in the minutes are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection at the City Library. CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE TO THE FLAG INVOCATION ROLL CALL A. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Persons who wish to speak during the Public Participation portion of the Agenda, will be acknowledge by the chair. When called, each person may address any item on or off the agenda during the public participation. The commission cannot directly answer any question from the speaker. Persons/group shall be allowed to speak without interruption up to five (5) minutes maximum time, subject to compliance with applicable meeting rules. Public participation will be limited to sixty (60) minutes time. B. SCHEDULED ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes: May 7,2015 C. REPORTS,UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS i. Notification of three working days prior to the meeting when special services are needed will assist staff in assuring that reasonable arrangements can be made to provide access to the meeting.
