NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Copies of staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business
referred to on the Agenda are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for
public inspection at the City Library.
Persons who wish to speak during the Public Participation portion of the Agenda, shall
fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of
the City Council meeting. When called, each person may address any item on or off the
agenda during the public participation.

A. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
(Person/Group shall be allowed to speak without interruption up to five (5)
minutes maximum time, subject to compliance with applicable meeting rules.
Questions to the speaker or responses to the speaker's questions or comments
shall be handled after the speaker has completed his/her comments. Public
Participation will be limited to sixty(60) minutes time.)

B. SCHEDULED ITEMS
1. Discussion about Observance of Armenian Genocide Day
Discussion will focus on HRC's role in observing Armenian Genocide Day in
cooperation with the Public Library.
2. Discussion of Role in Local Neighborhood Watch program
Discussion of status of Neighborhood Watch Program and consideration of
HRC role in this program.
C. REPORTS, UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENT FROM STAFF/COMMISSION
1. Report from Coordinator
HRC Coordinator will provide an update on Youth Conference Planning and
related projects.
2. Discussion of HRC/School District Appointed Commissioner
Continue discussion about individuals who might best serve a HRC/School
Board appointed Commissioners. Hear report from Logan Westbrooks
regarding his follow-up on this item. Discuss follow up with AUSD about
School District appointed Commissioner.
D. ADJOURNMENT
1. Adjourn.
