NOTICE: A copy of the following public hearing staff reports for the Public Art projects will be
available for review during regular working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday at the
Planning Division and during regular hours at the Azusa City Library. Any questions regarding any
agenda item may be answered by the Planning Division at (626) 812-5289. The Art in Public Places
Commission Meeting will be held at 6:30 P.M. in the West Wing South Conference Room at 213 E.
Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, California.

1. Project Name: Azusa Art Box Program
Location: Downtown
The City of Azusa is developing a utility box mural program that will be called
"Azusa Art Box Program". The program would paint existing utility boxes located
in the City's right-of-way.
