Dalton Avenue 6:00 PM NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Copies of the staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on the Agenda are available for review during regular working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday- Thursday at the Planning Division and during regular hours of the Azusa City Library. Any questions regarding any agenda item may be answered by the Planning Division at 626-812-5226 (Susan Cole, Staff Liaison). Persons who wish to speak during the Public Participation portion of the Agenda, shall fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to the Commission Secretary prior to the start of the Commission meeting. When called, each person may address any item on or off the agenda during the public participation. ORDER OF BUSINESS I. CALL TO ORDER II. PLEDGE TO THE FLAG III. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (Person/Group shall be allowed to speak without interruption up to five (5) minutes maximum time, subject to compliance with applicable meeting rules. Questions to the speaker or responses to the speaker's questions or comments shall be handled after the speaker has completed his/her comments. Public Participation will be limited to sixty (60) minutes time.) VI. SCHEDULED ITEMS 1.
