NOTICE: An agenda packet for each Library Commission meeting is made available for review during regular library hours of 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday— Wednesday; 10:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. Thursday; and 10 a.m. —5 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Azusa City Library, located at 729 N. Dalton Avenue. Any questions regarding any agenda item should be directed to Albert Tovar, Director of Library Services at (626) 812-5277. Note: After 6:00 p.m., please enter the building through the south door auditorium entrance that faces City Hall. Agenda materials are posted at the following locations: Azusa City Library, Azusa Police Department, Azusa Light & Water Building, City Clerk's Office, and on wall at the Civic Auditorium. 1. Pursuant to Library Commission Guidelines, the Library Commission shall elect a library commission chair at its first meeting in the calendar year.
