PRESENT: Joe Torres,Gerard Batista, Pam Mercado, Rossana Helbert, and Mitchell Loera ROLL CALL STAFF: Marc Gonzales, Recreation Superintendent-Programs&Services Roy Chavez, Recreation Superintendent-Park Operations Lenore Gonzales, Recreation Supervisor EXCUSED: Minutes of April zo, 2017,were approved by Gerard Batista seconded by Rossana Helbert. MINUTES APPROVED Consent calendar item #1-4 and 6 were approved with standard fees, conditions and/or CONSENT CALENDAR modifications, #5 was denied on a motion by Pam Mercado seconded by Gerard Batista. Request use of Slauson Park Pool on June 1i, zoi7 from 4:30 p.m.to 6:3o p.m. by Mayra MARTINEZ SPK POOL Martinez for birthday party. 6/11 3. Request use of Memorial Park Room 10 on Mondays,Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for LEYVA MPK ROOM 10 six months starting June 9, 2017 from 5:oo p.m.to 9:oo p.m. by Aaron Leyva for dance classes. 4.
