The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by David Santellan; Rosanna Helbert led the
group in the Pledge of Allegiance. CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Pam Mercado, Rossana Helbert, Condie Lopez,and David Santellan

STAFF: Joe Jacobs, Director of Recreation and Family Services
Ross Montes, Urban Forester
EXCUSED: Joe Torres

Minutes of April 4, 2013 were approved on a motion by David Santellan, seconded by Condie
Lopez. MINUTES APPROVED
Consent calendar item #1-5, was approved with standard fees, conditions and/or
modifications as noted, on a motion by Pam Mercado,seconded by Condie Lopez. CONSENT CALENDAR
