consolidate two (2) existing nonconforming lots into one (1) lot located in the CAZ (Azusa Avenue
Corridor)zone. The lot merger is being proposed to bring the proposed lots into closer conformance
of the Azusa Development Code. Minor Variance is for a ten (10) percent reduction of required

Extension of time request for a previously approved entitlement DR-2014-37 (Design Review for a
mixed-use building) and TTM-74278 (Tentative Tract Map to subdivide the lots to build a 4-unit
