The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned
regular session at the above time and place.
Mayor Jens J. Solem called the meeting to order. Call to Order
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Decker,
Cooney, Calvert, Solem
' Also Present: City Administrator Foxworthy, City Attorney
Terzian, Planning Director Smith, City Clerk
Klarr.
The City Attorney presented a Resolution for adoption Res -#5576
which declared the findings of the City Council pursuant Upholding
to a public hearing held on May 5, 1969, with respect to Revocation
the action of the Chief of Police revoking the entertain- of Enter.
ment permit of Diana DiLiberto, dba "The Bunny Run". Permit -
Said Resolution sustained the action of the Chief of D.DiLiberto
Police and revoked ther permit. dba"Bunny

Councilman Calvert offered the Resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
UPHOLDING REVOCATION OF A CERTAIN ENTERTAINMENT PERMIT.
Moved by Councilman Calvert, seconded by Councilman Cooney
and unanimously carried that further reading be waived.
Moved by Councilman Calvert, seconded by Councilman Cooney
that the Resolution be adopted. The Resolution was passed
and adopted by the following vote of Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Decker, Cooney, Calvert, Solem
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None and numbered Resolution 5576.
The City Attorney presented a Resolution for adoption Res.#5577
which declared the findings of the City Council pursuant Upholding
to a Public Hearing held on May 5, 1969, with respect to revocation of
the action,of the Chief of Police revoking the entertain- Enter.Permit-
ment permit of Joseph L. Matuck, dba "Pepe's." Said J.L.Matuck
Resolution sustained the action of the Chief of Police dba "Pepe's"
and revoked the permit.
Councilman Decker offered the Resolution entitled:

Moved by Councilman Decker, seconded by Councilman Rubio
