The City Clerk stated that in his conversation with the Foothill Blvd.&

Co., in which they approve such an annexation of the
subject property.

Councilman Clark questioned the delay in the prosecu- Auth.ltr..f_•om

Plan. He replied that the Planning Commission had found
them to be so, and that it was his contention that the
plans were in agreement with such elements of the City's
