The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned
regular session at the above time and place.
Mayor Decker called the meeting to order. Call to Order
Present at Roll Call: Councilmen: Rubio, Solem, Arkison, Roll Call

Moved by Councilman Rubio, seconded by Councilman Solem
and unanimously carried to approve Budget Account #5510
as amended.
City Administrator presented Budget Account #5512 (Park- Parkway Trees
way Trees) for review by Council. (Acct.#55IffT
Moved by Councilman Solem, seconded by Councilman Rubio
and unanimously carried to approve Budget Account #5512
as submitted; and to make an administrative merger of
Budget Account #5512 into Budget Account #5510.
City Administrator presented Budget Account #5515
(Recreation) for review by Council.
' City Administrator recommended the following items be
deleted from Budget Account #5515 (Recreation).
.330 Asilomar Conference $ 325.
.440 50 folding chairs (change style
requested) 433•
Moved by Councilman Rubio, seconded by Councilman Solem
and unanimously carried to approve as recommended, with
the exception of Object Account #440 recommended budget cut
of $433 to be left in this account.
